Regarding candy bars, it depends on the total amount of each ingredient. Even organic and otherwise healthy, many of these still contain too much sugar. The best option is agave. My favorite, and harmlessly addictive, is "RAW REVOLUTION". It is dried fruit and nuts with some various flavor...

All of those are correct. But to simplify the meaning I just say that God created everything perfect. Any change is a defect. More changes make it poison. The poison is made because it becomes addictive (like sugar) and makes more money. Love of money is the root of all evil. (I Tim. 6:10)

The key word from Kristen is "moderation". That applies to almost anything. Dark Chocolate does have sugar, and that is the most dangerous and addictive drug in the world, but a small amount is harmless.
