recipe for cooking chicken without spices??

Anybody plz tell me the recipe of cooking chicken without any spices..
But i would love to use green chillies, garlic, and onion..

Actually, whenever i cook chicken it takes a lot of time. So i want to discover some no-time consuming method.

Hi
If you keep spices away from moisture and air then they last as long as 2 to 3 years.
Keep the spices in sun occasionally to remove moisture.

I have seen my mom using spices as old as 3 years and even their taste lasts.
