Exercise is very Important thing to keep Fit you self.You have to do Exercise Every day at least 20 to 30 Minutes.There are Many kind of Exercise like Aerobics,Yoga,Floor Etc.You must have to go for the Jogging in the Every Morning and For the Walking in the Every Evening.
