Well I think that for staying healthy, we should do regular exercise, yoga, walk, and also take proper care of our diet, while I think that drinking more water also help us to keep fit and healthy, we should try to drink 7-8 glass of water in a day.

These information about dieting food is really nice, I really like all these information, and really appreciate your post, now I can easily take these food for my dieting, well I think that carrots, Green beans, Snow peas, Sugar snap peas, Cucumbers, etc are also best food for dieting.
