stop eating greasie food and remember to eat only breakfast lunch and dinner! drinking lots of water is part of being healthy! stop eating junk food! eat more of vegetebles! for exercises, you should do lunges (they help a lot!!!) walk a lot too! and no u shouldnt be concerned! just remember to exer...
