The most popular diets are Banana Diet and Salad diet . It is the best way for weight Losing Purpose.I was forgetting some ya Atkins diet also in the hit list.they are helpful for weight loss.

Morning walk is the best exercise.i also get up early in the morning and walk to 4 kilometer and it maintains my mental level my bod remains fresh and my mind also.walking maintain the blood pressures and fitness and you remain cool and active whole day.
