To get rid form the belly fat it’s important to burn calories. But toning exercises for your abdomen will not burn your calories, as your muscles can be tighten up. As you start doing exercise you start to lose weight and your stomach appears flat not flabby.

Yes, Walking is one of the best way to keep your self healthy and fit. I am having a walking schedule for 1 hour in the early morning. Me and my friends loves walking and It really help me to keep myself active and fit.
