I'm telling you this from my own experience. NO gym coach want you to know that. When i come to know that muscles grow when we sleep. It need recovery time and good sleep. I started workout 3 times a week instead 6 times a week. After two weeks i feel the difference. My muscle was bigger than before. Try it you will love to do it. But remember do hard workout and sleep 8 to 10 hour a day to get enough recovery time.
