Question about food/health?

Basically, don't stress out about what you eat too much as a teenager, because your metabolism should be working to your advantage. Definitely make sure you keep up healthy eating habits though,

because you don't want to find yourself struggling to adjust to a healthier diet when you start to put on weight as an adult. Keep your diet healthy, but don't worry about treating yourself to some chocolate and snacking when you're hungry. Hope this helps!
