Eat a healthy, Balanced Diet

A poorly balanced diet, rich in fat and processed foods can cause many digestive problems including heartburn, indigestion, acid reflux, flatulence and constipation. Other preventable factors contributing to digestive problems include drinking alcohol, smoking, stress, lack of sleep and lack of exercise.

Generally, a simple change to your diet will be enough to prevent digestive disorders. You should cut the fat, sweets and alcohol as much as possible and eat more fruits and vegetables because they contain many nutrients and fiber

In order to consume the recommended 25 grams of fiber per day, choose whole grain bread, cereals and beans or peas cooked and dried all of which are excellent sources of fiber. The fibers increase the density of the stool and helps to move food through the digestive system quickly. To prevent intestinal cramps, do not eat more than 35-50 grams of fiber daily. If the fibers are not part of your regular diet, add it gradually over a period of two to four weeks.

A balanced diet will quite helpful for better health; therefore in most of the occasion we have found that people are unnecessarily gain extra pounds due to lack of proper diets. Healthy diet plan consists of less calories, fats and others. So in order to live a fat free life or healthy lifestyle we need to go for a suitable diet plan.
