Smoothie question

Well Ive been finding it difficult to have breakfast since college started back up so I looked around for a quick way to have some breakfast and found most places suggested having a smoothie. It works except by lunch I tend to get a headache so I'm wondering what could I add/change to not have this happen. currently what i have is about a cup of vanilla yogurt (whatever brand has the least sugar), a banana, 1/2 cup of orange juice, a few chunks of pineapple, and about a small hand full of spinach to help counteract the sweetness. I thought this was a good combo until started reading up on smoothies and now it seem to me that it might be to much sugar, but I'm not sure. Any advice on what I could change?
