Cardio exercise can never be taken at home basis,it can be taken at any medical clinic where the heart specialist doctor present to watch the beating of the heart on the ETT machine .so need for more information consult any doctor who is expert for the workout especially for the heart patient.

There are many exercise such as walking, jumping jacks, push ups, leg lifts, crunches, jogging, light weight lifting, dancing and step exercises that you can do at your home without the need of equipments and can easily do your Cardio workout at home.

Cardio exercises are very helpful for building your muscles. Cardio workout has many health benefits. If you have less time for exercise then you can easily go for cardio exercise. Monitoring your exercise intensity is the best way to get the most out of your cardio workouts.

As we are aware of the issues that Cardio workouts are more better for our physical health and we should learn more from these cardio workouts to stay fit and healthy, I really get a perfect concept over from here to avoid exercises using equipments, really a useful stuff. :)
