Then I jumped right into my cardio workout as follows:

Jumping Jacks
Plank
Mountain Climbers
Side Hops (hop side to side over a dumbbell - you can use anything to jump over)
Sprint in Place (I hold my hands out and make sure me knees touch them each time)
Body Weight Squats
Burpee
Stationary Reverse Lunge

Hmm helpful discussion. I also want to reduce the weight, but due to my hectic work schedule i do not have time to go to gym or going for a walk. But at home we can do many exercises, which is really effective. You can do one more thing, drink hot water+lemon juice+teaspoonful honey daily in the morning. This can really helps a lot in shed the weight quickly.

While to stay fit and healthy we preferred physical exercises like Cardio which delivers best results for us, the main goal of Cardio exercises are to get a perfect slim and athletic body structure but in most of the cases peoples are preferred Cardio exercises for staying fit and lose weight & fat from body.

So it's quite beneficial for us to adopt these kinds of Cardio exercises to get a perfect fitness it maintain both the physical and mental health of a human.

Walking is a great place to start since it doesn't require special equipment and you can do it anywhere.

Cardio exercises are best to do at home. There are so many exercises that we can do easily at home like walk,running,jogging,swimming and jumping. These exercises are easy to do without any equipment.

There are many cardio exercises that we can do at home without any equipment. Jogging,yoga,walking,swimming and jumping rope are best cardio exercises that we can do at home easily.

Swimming is an ideal cardio workout because the water supports your body weight . I find it the best.

Cardio workout is important for fitness and strength so we can do cardio workout easily at home. There are many cardio exercises that we can do at home without any equipment like running,bench press,push ups and yoga.
