For keep your heart healthy, you should
quit smoking
eat healthy by avoiding fatty foods, excess salt and red meats.
Controlling high blood pressure and diabetes.
do exercise regularly at least for 30 minutes in a day and walking will be most beneficial for you.
Control obesity and maintain your weight.
Give some time in doing meditation.
Do some breathing exercises.
In diet include the food that are rich with anti-oxidants.

Pressure is mounting on the food industry to reduce the use of salt in food production, should I be removing salt from the family table at dinner time?

As in human body heart is one of the most essential organ and we should more conscious about to keep our heart healthy which helps to circulate blood in all over our body, therefore we are going through from certain programs such as.
Physical Workouts,
Balancing our Diet,
Avoid High Cholesterol,
Avoid Smoking and Drinking,
These above activities are definitely helps to keep our heart more healthy and fit.

The best way to avoid saturated or trans fats is to change your lifestyle practices. Instead of chips, snack on fruit or vegetables. Challenge yourself to cook with a limited amount of butter. At restaurants, ask that sauces or dressings be put on the side—or left off altogether.

There are many ways people can take trying to prevent heart disease. Some tips for healthy heart are as follows:
- Cut down on Salt
- Stop Smoking
- Have a healthy diet containing plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, oily fish, starchy foods such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice.
- Monitor your alcohol level
- Manage your weight
- Get your BP and cholesterol checked
- Manage your stress
- check your family history
