Having regular family meals, cooking more meals at home, and grocery shopping with your kids are great ways to promote healthy eating habits.

There are a lot of kids at home. We give them milk and some fruits e.g (banana) twice a day which is good for their health. Her mother give proper attention on their health.

When calculated per unit area, organic farms use less energy and produce less waste, e.g., waste such as packaging materials for chemicals.

Organic horticulture (or organic gardening) is based on knowledge and techniques gathered over thousands of years. In general terms, organic horticulture involves natural processes, often taking place over extended periods of time, and a sustainable, holistic approach - while chemical-based horticulture focuses on immediate, isolated effects and reductionist strategies.

Well main solutions is that you should have to make habit of home cooking and convince your kids to eat home made food items.

It is not like that you can not cook organic food. You can avoid junk food and can prepare healthy food at your home. You kids would also enjoy it. You can prepare food from raw grains like wheat flour , white cheeks etc.

Junk foods and processed food contains extra fat and additives, which your child doesn't need. Excessive intake of these foods may lead your child certain highly chronic diseases in future. So to prevent your child from any deficiency, mostly try to give your child homemade fresh food.
