I also read this book! Great book. It really is eye opening! As far as getting kids to eat healthier snacks, they are always going to want some of the bad stuff. I usually let them have a few processes snacks here and there along with lots of fruits and vegetables. I let them have things like fishy crackers once in a while. Keep in mind to, there are organic snacks that are a lot like their non organic counter parts. Those usually do the trick also!
