Reduce stress. Get adequate sleep. Eat nutritious food. Get exercise.
Wear sunscreen. Drink enough water. Take a multi Vitamin. Do regular self checks of your body like breast exams keeping track of moles etc. Don't smoke, quit smoking, don't abuse alcohol and other substances. Exercise your brain crosswords etc all through your life to keep your mental faculties strong as long as possible. Know your family medical history. Find a passion a spark something that motivates fulfills and drives you emotionally and or spiritually.
