The effective Military Diet

The military diet is very strict and the portions must be according to the diet’s guidelines. However, consuming one fruit instead of another and lentils instead of meat is allowed. Nonstick cooking spray, mustard, spices, lemon juice, calorie-free sweetener, water, tea and black coffee are allowed as well. The diet lasts for three days. In these three days you will burn fat, feel energized and your metabolism will become perfect. Before repeating the diet, take a pause of four days.

My grandpa was in the military and told me the diet he used in the military to stay in shape. They eat whatever they want and go for workout daily. Thanks for sharing.
