Best tips for stay healthy Purpose are follows:
- Done Yoga at home
- Morning Walk daily
- Drink more Water in the morning, less at night
- Don't drink coffee twice in a day
- Reduce The Amount of oily food you consume
- Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning

Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night

Really you require to stay healthy long time so use healthy life style as well as healthy foods. Take a lots of water every day because water is dehydrate our whole body. Avoid junk food.

In my opinion, when we eat healthy food and do exercising regularly, we are doing our best to remain healthy. And, to live a long and healthy life one should avoid drinking alcohol, and should start drinking coffee or tea for better health.
