Hi Billy,

Good list. I think low carb food diets include a generous amount of dark greens salads. One can include a large quantity of vegetables such as asparagus, mushrooms, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, cabbage, onions, celery, pumpkin and green-leaf vegetables as well.
