Foods that are diuretics. Many drugs are chemicals of weight loss, a diuretic, so you lose weight and fat on the water in an unnatural way. These are foods that can be used as natural diuretics with a chemical attack.

These were really nice diet tips given by you, well according to my point of view, I think that while doing diet you should try to add more salad in your daily meals, it will help you to eat less of the other foods. It also help you to keep the calorie contents down and will help you to be healthier.

Use green tea in morning
Exercise : Yoga
Use Water 4 to 5 litter in a day
Use only fried food
Use maximum fruit juice

There are so many diet tips. These tips are useful for losing weight. Daily drinks 9-10 glass of water. You must eat home made food. Avoid food which contain more calories. Avoid also sweet food. Stop to eat potatoes and rice. Daily drinks Green tea for weight loss.

take a lot of water
use fruits and fresh vegetables instead of food
don't use sugar
avoid oil things my lead system pro

Thanks for the nice diet tips. great help!. I am doing this, in regards of plain water I started adding the citrus juice. No calorie food but food rich in protein for the hair

Some Diets are:
- Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages
- Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away
- Consider whether you're really hungry
- Be choosy about nighttime snacks
- Enjoy your favorite foods
- Eat several mini-meals during the day
- Enjoy your treats away from home
