Pretty good list buddy, thanks for the diets tips provided. My Diet tip I can only recommend is this...

Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.- People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need.

"If you don't like plain water or alkaline water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories," says Cynthia Sass, RD, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

Eat Fruits Daily
Don't Smoke
Exercise is necessary to keep you health healthy

Very well article about Diet Tips from yours. I like your post so much because this post is very useful to people who wants to get slim body. I also think about diet, fat food and pizza nutrition facts are always avoid for diet control people.
