i tried it and it works pretty good for me. but i'm still trying to find something even more better because honestly.. i'm still pretty far from my goal :S

diet is very important. that's true. but you have to balance proteins, vitamins in your boy. check for the diseases. after all concerns then make a chart to diet.

Well informative information. I think these tips for diet are general recommendations as everyone is different and responds differently to weight loss diets based on age. In my opinion the more healthy foods you can eat, the better.

Go simple on yourself & permit yourself to splurge & not deprive yourself on special occassions & as a treat for a lovely job.Start eating a giant breakfast. It helps you eat fewer total calories throughout the day.Avoid also sweet food. Cease to eat potatoes & rice. Every day drinks Green tea for weight loss.
