# Plan to be on a diet the rest of your life. Did you ever notice how some thin people always talk about dieting? That’s why they are thin, because they work at it constantly. You must plan to be on a diet the rest of your life. Not necessarily a weight reducing diet your whole life... obviously at some point you’ll want to just maintain your weight. But - you need to continue good healthy eating choices from here on out... and not slip back to old ways.
Take it slow. Don’t be in a hurry to lose weight. If you follow tip #1 above, this won’t be a problem. Go for 1 or 2 pounds a week. Slow weight loss is healthier, is more likely to be permanent, and is so much easier to sustain over the long haul. And if you need to lose 100 pounds like me, it’s a long haul!
Don’t Get Discouraged. If you go a week, or two, or even three, without losing a pound - don’t worry! Any week that you do not gain weight is a successful week in my book. And don’t get discouraged by the constant up-down-up-down-up-down-down pattern of your weight.

Diet is very Good Thing for life.but You have to Do it in the limit like If You are on Diet then You have o take the Food Form Which You can get the Protein ,Vitamins or Minerals Which are Necessary for our Body.You can take more Salad or Fresh Vegetable and Fresh fruit.In Your Lunch,Dinner and also When Ever You hungry.

Living longer with a healthy diet. I always have some special food in my daily diet. I recommend to make the following food groups a part of your daily diet:

Spirulina (blue-green algae)
Cranberries, Blueberries, Blackberries
Leafy greens
Almonds and Walnuts
Flax seed

That's somewhat encouraging but right now I still feel hopeless because instead of losing pounds I'm even gaining a few. :(

ruthmoore, I think you don't follow these tips strictly becasue I also tried these diet tips and they are working for me very nicely so follow it without a fail and you will surely gain result like me.

diet is very important. that's true. but you have to balance proteins, vitamins in your boy. check for the diseases. after all concerns then make a chart to diet.
