First reduce the amount of food you eat out! To prepare your own allows you much more control of the amount of fat and calories are "hidden" in your meals. It also provides portion control a lot better if you put it on the plate.

2. Registration and monitoring of their food, the truth! Set aside the tracker, not wanting to face what may seem not to maintain their body to break down! In addition, you will be surprised that some "binge tendencies" are cyclical! I have no points on my calories but I sometimes Tracker peaks in the peaks of fats or carbohydrates. Hmmm

3. Exercise! Up to 10 minute walk two or three times a day, or choosing the stairs is more than what he could do! As the weight melt ... You can do more!

I really Like these Awesome tips it is good for quick weight lose Purpose. I think these tips for diet are general recommendations as everyone is different and responds differently to weight loss diets based on age.Avoid also sweet food. Cease to eat potatoes & rice. Every day drinks Green tea for weight loss.

i got some simple tips for you guys

1. drink water over anything else... (besides tea)
2. exercise/workout on a regular basis (preferably with friends)
3. eat smaller meals more often than big meals less often
4. use stairs instead of elevators
5. dont watch TV while eating (leads to overeating)
6. eat more slowly
7. eat more greens
8. exercise constantly (even at home... watching TV, reading on your bed, brushing your teeth, etc)
9. record your progress
10. set a goal and reward yourself

If noticed that your regular weight increases several days in a row, it means that you need to cut your food in take a little or boost up your workouts slightly.

That is right, when you are on a diet it will take 1 to 2 weeks to see the result of your hardships but only a few pounds will lessen. Always follow a strict diet and always have a healthy meal diet so that you will achieve your desire. Always think positive, say that you can do it and always have a dream. Exercise regularly is always on top of your list.
