Nice post and useful for many people , and here i would like to share something about Fitness,
Flexibility exercise, such as stretching, improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.
Aerobic exercise, like walking and running, focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance.
Anaerobic exercise, on the order of weight training, functional training or sprinting, increase short-term muscle strength.

Exercise is the way to stay fit and healthy , because of exercise we become free from disease and other virus and it feel relax whole day .Due to exercise we become flexible.

Exercise is very Important thing to keep Fit you self.You have to do Exercise Every day at least 20 to 30 Minutes.There are Many kind of Exercise like Aerobics,Yoga,Floor Etc.You must have to go for the Jogging in the Every Morning and For the Walking in the Every Evening.
