Regular exercise and meditation is very important for good fitness.it helps to reduce weight,improve body energy etc.if you are facing a depression problem,then do a 10 or 15 min meditation.

Exercise and fitness both relate to each other. We do Exercise to stay fit and both is important to live a long and happy life.

With the complexity of the human body, be careful not to mistake, will not be able to achieve your goal, unless you have some of the lifestyle changes of total fitness. Changes, such as the type of food you eat, how and when you eat, you think about yourself and the people around you to a certain extent. We abuse our body and mind, in many ways, we are healthy, it is a miracle.

When I was on this site a couple years ago there was always a fitness challenge going on each month. Does that still happen? I fell off the exercise wagon and am just getting back on.

Work out is very essential for our human body and life.
Healthy human is necessary for a good and balanced mind. Work out keeps our human body's age lengthy and perfect.
Always make himself fit by exercising and live lengthy.
Exercise and Health and health and fitness both are attached to humans.If you are working everyday your fitness will be fit.by the Work out you can eat well and balanced.and you tom-morrow will great by moving.your fitness will good design by the exercise.and all the problem of the your fitness will be not make.

Strong muscles, tendons and ligaments are much more capable of withstanding stress, and the improved flexibility gained by strength training also reduces the likelihood of pulled muscles and back pain.I'm not talking about lifting 100 kilos above your head or chest pressing the weight of a bus. Start slowly and work your way up. Even using tins of baked beans as makeshift dumbbells or using light ankle weights is a good start.

Your meals should be balanced with the right amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fat. Choose a portion of a protein source such as meat, poultry, fish, seafood, legumes or tofu and serve with a side of green and colorful vegetables.
