For losing belly fat exercise is the best way and its a most effective but simple method. To reduce tummy fat running is best exercise. It is good to do 30 minutes exercise like running and jogging for losing belly fat.

fat comes off where ever it is going to come off, you cannot direct fat loss, and it usually comes off the breasts first as they are predominantly fat tissue.

I have noticed even basic training like treadmill or going for jogging regularly will reduce your tummy tremendously, provided you do it regularly like 5 days weekly.

You can stop gaining more fat by eating spicy food. It will make you feel fullness even in small meal.
