I know weight-bearing exercises can help prevent bone loss. Does anyone have any workouts they find effective to build strength?

Weight-bearing exercises are very effective for building and maintaining healthy bones. The bones becomes stronger and more dense.
Weight wearing exercises include :
walking
jogging
hiking
dancing
step aerobics
soccer
baseball
basketball
tennis, racquetball
bowling
golf
stair climbing

no
swimming or cycling
