Weight loss is seriously a big issue for people now days; due to overeating and other emotional eating practice we are gaining extra pounds; but it is tough to reduce these extra pounds therefore we need to follow strict diet plans and physical workout programs. To set a weight loss goal we need to follow a strict discipline life style; that includes strict diet plan and regular physical workout.

Yes weight loss goal is overrated... My plan is steady weight loss, something like 4-5 pounds every month, by not having a dinner or only vegetables for dinner, and by avoiding bread...

gain weight is a process like same as loss weight. eat well ion diet and take the L-Carnitine also known as L- carnitine or the transliteration of kanitin, is a kind of amino acids promoting fat into energy, red meat is the main source of L-carnitine. while do the work out 3 times a week. not just running. but heavy lifting is important. the last thing sleep enough. good luck .

Must set your goal for your losing weight and like eat natural diet like vegetables don't eat oily food walk regularly.
