1. Work Up a Sweat
You can improve your health by indulging in physical activity at least once a week. But to experience the actual benefits of a physical workout, you should take out time at least three times a week. Whether that happens when you are watching a funny movie on TV or spending time with your friends, do anything that makes you happier!
3. Do Yoga
Yoga relieves stress, slows heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Not only this, the different yoga poses you try will go a long way towards increasing your mobility and flexibility, as it loosen ups your muscles and makes them more adaptable. Just spend an hour at the end of each day doing various poses, and you will be able to release all the stress that builds up over the course of the day. Moreover, yoga is a low intensity activity, which also makes it extremely relaxing. It gives your mind and body the opportunity to switch off and recover, improving your overall health and wellness in the process!
