Below we show you the main enemies of your diet.The key to avoiding those factors that can hinder your weight loss or your objective of improving the quality of the diet, is to know what are treated and how away from our daily lives. Disorganization and Lack of Routine

The lack of a food routine, the absence of time to eat and especially total disorganization about food and diet, can be the main enemy of healthy eating, because as we have seen previously, to lose weight, it matters not only what you eat, but fractionation of the diet, the time of day and times of meals are also important.
