Amazing and useful info from all of above they are essentially compounds that act on metabolism or breakdown of fat in the body. They speed up the removal of fat or reduce the deposit of fat in the liver.

Well done, Really nice one, I am really happy to read this awesome post....According to my point of view They are made of natural ingredients, mainly fruits, vegetables, herbs and other plants. Side effects are minimized and health benefits are great....!

1. Steam, boil, broil, or microwave vegetables, or stir-fry them in a small amount of vegetable oil.

2. Season vegetables with herbs and spices rather than sauces, butter, or margarine.
