Water is really a good if you want to stay healthy. Always try to drink fresh and clean water as large as possible. If you want a clear skin as well water is a best solution for those who want to loss their weight.Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need. If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories.

1.) Morning walk
2.) Eating Fruits
3.) Exercise
4.) No smoking

For health is all important, and quality of life depend directly on health. Nutrition is one of the most important things that concern health. It is more than anything else, be moderate in eating. After that, physical activity, and finally to avoid stressful situations as much as possible.

Here are some suggestions to live a healthy life for all people:

1. Eat right and healthy
2. Drink lot of water
3. Exercise regularly
4. Avoid junk food
5. Avoid smoking and alcohol

Ginger:
Ginger is a good remedy for clod and cough. It is a blood purifier and it helps to keep the stomach pain at bay. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and it will give relief from menstrual cramps.
Nuts:
Eat nuts as snacks. Walnuts, almonds and peanuts are very good for health. It has anti-oxidants and improves lipids. Also it reduces the risk of heart disease. Eat at least 5 walnuts or almonds a day.
Oregano:
Oregano belongs to the family of mint and it is a good source of iron, Vitamin A. It will boost the immune system and it can be used to relive the pain in abdomen. Just chew few leaves to get rid of from cold and sinusitis. As it has both anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, it can be used to treat skin infections.

As mentioned earlier, these are good for some common problems like BP, cholesterol, diabetes, cancer etc. Eat healthy and have a strong immune body to combat the diseases.

There are lots of ways to exercise throughout the day in short bursts that will help you to get your exercise in. Even if you've been bulking up at the gym, even if you're a yoga fanatic.

Make some light exercise while sitting at the computer. Sitting in the same position for hours is the same as sitting on a plane for long hours during a flight -- and has the same health risks -- Deep Vein Trombosis. Fitting some light exercise into the work patterns is really not difficult -- the exercises are very different from the regular gym workout routine -- and can save you a lot of problems. There are specific exercises suitable for this -- make them into a habit! Keep well, all!
