Hi Everyone,
It glad to be post in these forum and follow the diet schedule for losing the weight are as follows.
1)Decide when you are going to eat. Part of making a diet schedule work is actually scheduling when to eat. Training your body to eat at the same times every day will help with problems such as hunger or fatigue.
2)Know what foods will benefit your body the most. Foods high in fiber will make you feel full longer.
3)Mix it up for dinner. As you are nearing bed time, consider adding foods that do not energize your body as intensely. Prepare a well rounded meal that includes some protein, dairy, vegetables and carbohydrates.etc

Now days Heavy weight is a big problem everywhere. Because today's people life style are so busy. So if you want to lose weight than diet is good option. You can contact any good dietician. They give you some diet chart. In dieting the main thing is that just control on oily food, the food in which so many fats. You can also eat green vegetables for diet.

I recommend eating between 5-7 meals a day, spaced out every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Eating so often helps the body to better process the nutrients that you consume, and promotes an anabolic, muscle building state. You would be surprised at how much of a difference simply dividing up your meals from three to six can cause. The same amount of calories divided over more meals will allow more of the macro-nutrients you eat to be used more efficiently, and be less likely to be stored as fat.

If you have proper diet you will not getting hair fall or hair loss.You should balance your diet to avoid any problem of your health because most experts recommend the tips about diet or weight loss. Some says improper diet will lead to hair loss or androgenic alopecia.

I think Diet is a one of the best way to lose weight. Always drink a lots of water, Eat more fruits and green vegetables, Avoid junk food. Take balanced diet. Yoga is a one of the best way to lose weight.
