I recommend to make the following food groups a part of your daily diet:

Spirulina (blue-green algae)
Cranberries, Blueberries, Blackberries
Leafy greens
Almonds and Walnuts
Flax seed

I have been on healthy diet, and have done a lot of research on recipes and food and being healthy. and i have to say that i have never been happier ever...i will keep update the site with latest https://sites.google.com/site/livinghealthyway/ ...I just like to share all i know with the world. i'm a little sceptical but my friend sad that she tried it and gave me that link. a don't now what to think.. she is now halve tah she vas before 3 months :S
does anyone have an advice for me?

Almonds are low in saturated fat and contain many other protective nutrients - calcium and magnesium - for strong bones, vitamin E and compounds called phytochemicals, which may help protect against cardiovascular disease and even cancer. Almonds are really taste good and at the same time it gives us health benefits. :)
