Running and weight loss?

Postby katekennedy » Mon Apr 20, 2015 7:55 am

From day one you have to work yourself mentally. Diet is a very big part of weight loss. You can't eat a cupcake after you run thinking you earned it or eat a cupcake at lunch thinking I will run it off on tonight run. Sounds funny but beginning runners will do this. So mentally stay strong, control your calories http://loseweight201.weebly.com/

Again from day one---start liking to run. Don't bit off more than you can chew. People start running with the idea---I'll run till my legs get to tired to run & I'm out of breath and can't run another step! I'll stop walk, rest up then start running again. Mentally, you will not last more than a few months this way. Not a good way to start a running program, so they say--running is not good for weight loss. WRONG!
