For the majority of people, the fastest way to live healthy life styles is to follow a diet. Unfortunately, in 95 % of cases results don't justify the expectations. It is well said that health is wealth. If we are healthy, then only we can enjoy all other materialistic things.
Balanced diet, regular exercise and positive attitude are the keys to stay healthy. Positive thoughts are the source of happiness within, and they makes our mind and heart healthy and strong. Thus, think positive and love the people around you. Help needy ones and laugh without barriers. This will give you sense of satisfaction and pleasure and you can led your life in simpler and healthier way.

Well,nice guidelines...Thanks for discussing....According to my opinion,eat mainly sensible meals exercise and stay away from unhealthy meals drink more water are the best and effective guidelines to remain healthier....!
Water is essential, but I have been researching the ill effects on our bodies by recycling nasty containers. Many nasty containers let off harmful chemical remains in our bodies from use. I have a lot of friends who do this and I notify them too. I think it may be linked to a lot of unknown conditions and illness.

A few tips to stay healthy

1. Eat a Nutritious Breakfast
After a long nights sleep it is important to refuel. It will help you do better in school. Some ideas for quick, healthy breakfast: Peanut butter on toasted whole-grain bread, Yogurt with fruit, Cheese slices on toast, and Fruit on cereals.

2. Eat a variety of foods.
Your body needs nutrients and many different vitamins and minerals from a variety of foods. Balancing food choices from the Food Guide Pyramid and checking nutrition labels will help you to get the nutrients you need.

3. Get moving....don’t be a couch potato
Walk, bike or jog when going somewhere. Climb stairs instead of taking an escalator. Try to do something active for a total of 30 minutes every day.

Tip #4. Participate in activities you enjoy.
Always start with warm-ups to get the muscles going. Do 20 minutes of an aerobic activity followed by activities that will make you stronger like push-ups or sit-ups.

5. Choose healthy snacks.
It is wise to choose snacks from different food groups. Some choices would be: graham crackers, an apple or celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins.

6. Include whole grains and fiber in your diet.
Try breads such as whole-wheat, bagels and pita. Spaghetti and oatmeal are also good choices.

7. Participate in physical activities at school.
This would include physical education and sports. It will make you feel good about yourself.

#8. Drink plenty of water.
Your body is 65% water. That shows how important water is to your body. Make sure you drink a total of 8 glasses of water each day. That can inlcude the water from foods such as fruits.

9. Include others in your activities.
Take a dog for a walk. Walk or workout with a friend.

10. Having FUN is important.
Try new things, this can be in activities or food. Never be afraid to try....who knows you might just like it. And your body will thank you in the end.

To remain healthy it is necessary for you to have less oil and less calories food. If you want to stay fit and healthy then you should have baked & streamed food more instead of fried ones. Exercise Regularly is the main mantra. You can buy mocrowave or oven for preparing less calorie food. IF you want to cook them in bulk quantity then you can buy used restaurant equipment.

There are plenty of programs that will make you remain healthy, but very few like Venus Factor Diet will give you lasting changes.
