Hi friends,
When we are young we don't keep anything in mind rather than having hang out's.And we all know what we do when we are together.we will go in cafes and there having junk foods,smoking,sleepless nights etc. and the day will come when these nothing will be there.So it's better to keep in mind some of the tips which i am giving you for your better health and life.
1. Forget about fast-food cafes once and for good.
2. Avoid foods containing carbohydrates.
3. Buy a subscription to the nearest gym so that you cane have some exercise.
4. Drink as much water as you can during the day.
5. Eat healthy foods, containing proteins and vitamins.

I like this topic , because I have gone through so much in my life.Exercise is very important also. Depending on abilities , one must do as much as they can.Walking is a good way of keeping healthy. Simple yet effective.

Some more tips for remaining healthy :
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
Best sleeping time is from 10pmat night to 6amin the morning
Takes lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Don't skip your breakfast.

A better set of tips for being healthy might be along the lines of :
1. Eat a balanced diet.
2. Get regular exercise
3. Get proper rest and relaxation
4. Manage your stress levels
5. No smoking
6. Carefully manage your consumption of alcohol to one or two drinks a day
7. Good social life

Some Simple Tips to Remain Healthy are:
- Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
- Do not eat bread which has only JUSTbeen toasted
- Keep your distance from hand phone Chargers
- Drink more Water in the morning, less at night
- Don't drink coffee twice in a day
- Reduce The Amount of oily food you consume
- Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning

If you want to stay healthy than follows these tips:
1. Yoga
2. No smoking
3. Timely Sleep
4. Exercise
5. Eating Vegetable and Fruit

Well,nice tips...Thanks for sharing....According to my opinion,eat mainly healthy food exercise and stay away from junk food drink more water are the best and effective tips to remain healthy....!
