Drink the optimal amount of water. With the winter season here, it’s more important than ever to consume the right amount of water for your health.
Keep stress to a minimum. Studies have linked high stress levels to making a person more susceptible to catching colds and flu. Minimize your stress by working reasonable hours at your job. Aim for at least one night per week to spend with friends and family. If your stress is out of hand and you feel like you need some help, let me know.

We should take care of our physical health and Mental health as well. Most of the people fully focus on their physical health and forget that the key to the healthy life is being mentally strong. Stress, depression or anxiety are the root causes of being mentally ill or unfit. Meditation can help you to combat stress and other mental disorders and give you the inner peace. So for an mentally healthy life start Meditating. To purify the air burn an Herbal Incense while meditating.

Tips for remain healthy are:
Forget all fast-foods
Avoid foods containing carbohydrates
Buy a subscription to the nearest gym so that you cane have some exercise.
Drink as much water as you can during the day (at least 9 to 10 glass).

* Here's my some tips to remain healthy.*
First of all, eat a Nutritious Breakfast, Get moving....don’t be a couch potato, Include whole grains and fiber in your diet, Drink plenty of water,and lastly Having FUN is important.i liked it and it is useful in everday basis.Follow these guys,and you're bound to stay healthy!.Thanks
