Meditation is the best way for being healthy, regular meditation has numerous physical and mental health benefits. Meditation is the way to train and develop your mind to become more stable, adhere to the goodness and have a better quality of mind. Always use an Legal Incense while Meditating.

One of the best ways to maintain good health is proper sleep along with proper diet. Apart from that it is better not to eat too much of only food and if possible try to avoid junk food. Sugar is also not very good for health so better to reduce its consumption. Along with all these try to do regular work outs especially Cardio exercises.

Good quality sleep is very important to remain healthy. There are more than 80 types of sleep disorders that are common commonly found in human beings. To stay fit and healthy you need to be very particular about your sleep. Follow a good sleep hygiene and try not to avoid sleep at any cost.

Maintaining a good healthy life is necessary to fight the against many diseases such as obesity, sleep disorders, cardiac issues, liver problems and so on. To stay fit... do exercise, meditate and eat healthy.

Sleep 8 hours a day. I usually drink 1 glass of cacao shake before sleeping. You should try it some time.

Agree with you, here are some tips:
1. Eat a Nutritious Breakfast.
2. Eat a variety of foods.
3. Include whole grains and fiber in your diet.

To remain healthy you should have healthy diet. Eat fruits, green vegetables, and grains that have adequate amount of vitamins.

Well balanced tips for staying healthy for a long period of time, I must follow certain kinds of tips for stay healthy as well as fit for lifetime such plans are as follows
1. Regular physical exercises including walking and cycling.
2. Yoga practices
3. Avoid smoking, alcohol and junk foods.
4. Choosing perfect balance diet programs consisting of foods rich in protein, vitamin and minerals.
5. Drink more amount of water.
These practices are make a human more healthy and allow him/her to stay fit and healthy for a long period of time. :)
