i got some simple tips for you guys
1. drink water over anything else... (besides tea)
2. exercise/workout on a regular basis (preferably with friends)
3. eat smaller meals more often than big meals less often
4. use stairs instead of elevators
5. dont watch TV while eating (leads to overeating)
6. eat more slowly
7. eat more greens
8. exercise constantly (even at home... watching TV, reading on your bed, brushing your teeth, etc)
9. record your progress
10. set a goal and reward yourself
