I'm taking the fat burner and pre-workout. Have been on it for about 10 weeks. I forgot to take my supplements
green coffee bean with me this past weekend when I was out of town and was extremely lethargic, sleeping all day and had a massive headache. I'm assuming this happened because I didn't take anything for 3 days. Is it time to cycle off? What is the recommended off time so that my body fully recovers and doesn't become dependent on thermogenics? Thx
