How to Detect an Overtraining?

Postby PitterRicherd » Wed Dec 23, 2015 12:35 pm

The large scoreboard symptom of an overtraining in our body is that fatigue and persistent fatigue, a depletion in our muscles and joints that often can be accompanied by mild leg aches.

Downhill course in the intensity of our training, our appetite and even trouble sleeping properly. It tends to be more likely to suffer from headaches, as well as a higher than usual resting heart rate.

If you suffer from any of these symptoms and you are aware that your workouts routines may lead to it or confirm it, maybe you're before an overtraining. But you can also you not! http://www.cureinnature.com/topics/muscle-building/

I explain, there are occasions in which it is relatively easy to confuse an overtraining with an "Overreaching" because it is of two different States of exhaustion but with similar symptoms of weakening and that therefore can be confused.

The "Overreaching" is a much more transient and less weakening to exhaustion the, so that it is easy to make your symptoms disappear in less than a couple of weeks’ time, which does not happen with overtraining which recovery, in severe cases, can reach up to months.
