What Causes Gastritis?

Postby PitterRicherd » Wed Dec 30, 2015 1:08 pm

The causes of gastritis can be very different and vary from person to person. Here are some of the most common causes
Gastritis is an inflammation of the walls of the stomach which can cause great discomfort and abdominal pain. There are many possible causes of gastritis and may vary in each person, so it is always necessary to consult a doctor to try to determine the causes of the condition. However, there are some habits and foods that can favor the onset of this disease. Here are some of them:

1. Dairy Products

Indigestion and irritation of the stomach from consuming dairy products is more common than believed, and often one of the main causes of gastritis. The symptoms of gastritis does not necessarily occur immediately after consuming dairy, but can cause a chronic irritation which in the long run can cause symptoms such as vomiting and nausea.Get An Effective Solution Here http://www.cureinnature.com/topics/general-health/

Although many erroneously recommend taking milk to relieve the symptoms of gastritis or ulcers, and short-term milk could make a person feel better temporarily, long term could be worsening your condition.

2 Food High In Fat and Low in Fiber

Another of the most common causes of gastritis is to eat a lot of fatty foods such as fried foods, red meat, food scrap, etc., which could cause chronic irritation in the stomach. Besides that most of these foods are low in fiber, which can lead to a poor digestion.

3. Products with Caffeine.

Caffeine can be irritating to many people, even when the coffee is decaffeinated, since the minimum amount of caffeine may be irritating to the stomach. Similarly, people who suffer from gastritis should avoid the consumption of soft drinks like Coca Cola, Pepsi, and other drinks that contain it as tea, including green tea and chocolate.

4 Bacterium Helicobacter Pylori, Or H. Pylori.

This bacteria is endemic in Latin America and conventional treatment to eliminate is using antibiotics, but researchers have found that broccoli contains a substance Sulforaphane which could also remove it, and its consumption may help fight the infection of H. pylori and even prevent stomach cancer.

5 Foods That Are Spicy or With Many Spices

Foods such as "Chile" or "hot" pepper, pepper and hot sauces are highly irritable products for the stomach and the esophagus.

Gastritis is inflammation of the lining of the stomach. Unfortunately, the term "gastritis" has been misused to include many different upper abdominal problems, but true gastritis refers to the stomach lining (gastric mucosa) that is inflamed. All or part of the gastric mucosa may be involved. Gastritis may be classified as acute or chronic.

Weakness in your stomach lining allows digestive juices to damage and inflame it, causing gastritis. Having a thin or damaged stomach.
