Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. Regular physical activity can even help prevent depression and high blood pressure. Exercise help in burn calories. The more intense the workout, the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control.

well i think so exercise is
Reduce the risk of premature death
Reduce the risk of developing and/or dying from heart disease
Reduce high blood pressure or the risk of developing high blood pressure
Reduce high cholesterol or the risk of developing high cholesterol
Reduce the risk of developing colon cancer and breast cancer
Reduce the risk of developing diabetes

If you are planning to get good health then only exercise will not help you, their are many things which you have to take care and follow it in very strictly.

Here are some of the ways which will help you.

1) You have to avoid all unhealthy food which can affect your health such as fast foods, junk foods, snacks etc.
2) Eat food which are high in protein and low in fats.
3) Exercise regularly which will help to burn unwanted calories.
4) Drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
5) Have sufficient sleep to increase body metabolism rate.

i think the problem lies on your workout routine. try asking for help from your workout buddies or someone that knows what hes doing. also drink a lot of water, sleep more, eat more protein, etc.

I think it depends on your work out and the way on how you execute it. Because if you put too much effort on it, that means that your doing this in the right way so you'll definitely loose weight.

Hey it sometimes happen so that u don't get quite a benefit from exercise..
it looks like u have done a lot and u don't get the results..
it also depends upon what are the ways u do exercise..

Definitely, there are benefits from exercise, it's just that how you discipline yourself from it. All you have to do is a dietary health plan, it should be strictly followed by you and especially regular exercise will give more important role in your diet. A diet wherein no pork, beef, sodas and white rice especially no no from sweets. All you have to eat are fish, sea food, more fruits and vegetables, lots of warm water and brown rice will do. You can do research some healthy veggie recipe for you. Hope these tips will help you.
