There could be two reasons for that one is you are doing it wrong. Search in youtube there are plenty of videos that shows you how to do exercises in right way.
Second could be that you have not given it some time. You need to give some time to it results will come but it takes some time you nee to keep patience for that nothing is going to happen

According to me exercise is very important for health . It is not true no benefit from exercise.
Exercise is very good for health.

Agree with Michealleo .. i used to workout hard but was not getting the best results. I didnt used to follow proper diet .. actually i didnt had much time to follow diet suggested to me. But now yea i am doing the best and i can say that only exercise is not the thing .. we need to have proper diet as well to get the best results out of it

Exercise gives lot's of benefits in your body,but you need to do a exercise in proper way and also follow a good diet plan.if you want to increase weight,then you need to eat healthy diet and do a good exercise.

Moving from bed to office chair and back to bed Moving from bed to office chair, and back to bed, isn't a healthy way to live. Have at least one active hobby - It isn't sufficient to rely on just 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity per day.

Well I don't think that the concepts of exercise will not be work as beneficial verb in our daily life, as per the experts exercises are providing more and more energy and helps to reduce weight in a natural way, it also contains several health benefits like as follows

* Maintaining a healthy body.
*Boost our body energy and develop immunity.
*Brings a stress free and active lifestyle.
*Acts as effective fat and weight loss program.
From the above points we should be more aware of the benefits getting from exercises. :)
