Whey protein - purely for convenience as I dont like eating or cooking, but I still know I need to hit my gram per lb of bw goal.
Fish oil - because everybody says too, and its cheap so why not. Good for heart health and I have high bp.
Assault pre workout - I could care less what the ingredients are, because I believe the only thing I need is caffeine to get me going. Not sure if I am correct here. Assault is just what I picked based on reviews. Did not like it, but it did give me a boost when I didnt feel like training.
Multi - just restarted taking these as I realized a lot of fatigue problems Ive been having could be caused by my diet being low in a lot of vitamins. I dont eat a lot of vegetables or fruit.
Next month I want to try creatine and BCAAs. Why? Just looking for a boost in training.
Not sure if this is what you wanted as I didnt claim much to be disproved. I use supplements for either over all health or small boosts in the gym, never expecting anything magical to happen.
