Rather compare both the vegetarian and non vegetarian diets we must get a different fundamentals over here, as both the diets are equally important for human health but the presence of proper amount of vitamin, minerals, protein and other diet supplements are more in vegetarian diets in comparison to non vegetarian diets all the amount of vitamin supplements like Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C are equally present in vegetarian diets.
So it's quite better to adopt a vegetarian diet rather too much of non vegetarian diets.
